Pls note, i'm not taking side with teachers or the class. i just want everyone to be objective (i.e. to give a fair judgement).

There is a difference between CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM and PERSONAL ATTACKS on a person. if ur Ang Mo is really bad, what i'm saying is u telling me that ur maths lesson can be improved in certain ways (i.e. its constructive), personal attacks on a person on how they look etc is not constructive, but childish and cheap. If she can live with her personal physical trait all her life, i dun think u hv the right not to try and live with it, and besides, its not on ur body or face.

Meanwhile, i can speak to the Maths HOD, but u must tell me what the class needs, in terms of ur lesson. (i.e. more assessment, to go at a faster pace, to go slower etc). That, is fair..
