handphones

Hello fellow Onesters! I have a survey to do. On behalf of the Student Council, I have a question to ask which we have been wondering a lot since we stepped into this school. And the question is: "Why can't we bring handphones to school?"

As currently, we are thinking of maybe allowing all students to bring handphones to school. The only thing is that - we cannot use during school hours but may use outside school. As long as you are in school, no using of handphones is allowed. So, what's your take? What do you think if this particular school rule were to be changed? Hopefully you guys will give me as many feedback as possible. In fact, I have already set up a poll for all of us to vote. Thank you all v much!
